Site Visit and Delivery

Once your design process is nearing completion, one of our Site Install Managers will contact you to arrange a site visit. The point of this visit is primarily to assess site access and conditions for deliveries, possible obstructions and scaffold requirements. The Site Install manager will also meet with your appointed Project Manager and establish your new point of contact for the construction phase.

Prior to the arrival of the timber frame, foundations should be set out using the approved soleplate drawing to ensure a perfect fit for the timber frame. Foundations are key to a smooth project and should be installed to line and level tolerances of +/- 5mm to ensure a good fit during the erection process.

During the initial site meeting, your Project Manager will discuss scaffold details with you. These will be provided in your quotation documents. Any concerns during your build process should be raised with the Site Install Manager, who will monitor and control the erect process.

Once complete, we will arrange a sign off meeting, during which you will be able to review the build and raise any further queries before the handover of the structure to follow on trades. We will complete a thorough checklist to ensure that the structure complies with obligatory strict tolerances and standards.
